Originally from Ireland, Avena has called Lexington home for 25 years. With decades of experience in hospitality, bar ownership, and collectives, she's passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcome. Her thoughtful, collaborative approach helps shape The Willow into a place of community and connection. You can also check out her popular downtown collective, The Grove, another reflection of her love for bringing people together in a unique and beautiful space.

Dani

A California native, Dani's lifelong passion for movement led her from ballet to ballroom, performing and teaching across the country. Now rooted in Lexington, she shares her love of dance through First Dance Lexington and brings her experience in wellness to The Willow. Double bonus, she has a family background in wine, bringing expertise to running the wine bar and creating a welcoming space to gather and unwind.

Erin

A Kentucky storyteller at heart, Erin founded Bites of the Bluegrass Walking Tours to bring history to life through food and connecting people to Lexington's rich past in meaningful ways. Her passion for community and shared experiences extends to The Willow, bringing people together to celebrate the stories that shape us while making new ones along the way.
